Your views on healthcare during coronavirus – Zoom event for people aged 55+

What are your experiences of accessing and using healthcare services during lockdown and the coronavirus outbreak? Have your say at a Zoom event, 11am-12:30pm on 14 July.

Coronavirus has meant many changes to healthcare services, such as using more technology and telephone appointments, and prioritising certain services. Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group would like to learn more about how these changes have been received, what has worked well and where we could improve.

The group is holding a listening event on Zoom for people aged 55 and over to find out your views on how healthcare has changed. You can also dial into the event by telephone to provide feedback.

The feedback you give will help health professionals understand what is important to you and enable them to develop the best NHS services to meet your needs in the future, and to learn more about your experiences.

The event will involve:

  • gathering your views and feedback in groups
  • identifying the specific needs of different people and how these can be supported
  • developing an open ongoing dialogue with you for future feedback

The event will take place between 11am-12:30pm on 14 July.

If you have any questions about the event, or would like to book your place by telephone or email, please contact bnssg.inclusion@nhs.net or call 0117 900 2655 – please note you will be asked to leave a voicemail message, please leave your name, contact details and which event your are interested in.

More details can be found on the event webpage.
