University of Bristol has been funded to run a new project by The National Institute for Health Research School for Social Care Research, which will run for 18 months (December 2021 to end of May 2023). The aim of the project is to work with 30 families living in England, who support an adult with a learning disability in family homes.
They will be exploring what support families received from their networks of support (e.g. from family, friends and professionals organisations such as adult social care, carers groups etc). This is to identify what families most value from support and where there may be gaps in the support.
If you would like to learn more, please download the invitation below. An EASY READ version is also available.
Note: This project is not run by Carers Support Centre.
