Open to all residents, the COVID-19 Bristol survey will help Bristol City Council to understand the challenges people are facing and what actions might be needed to help prevent further spread of the virus.
They want to hear about your concerns should there be a local lockdown, what mandatory face coverings might prevent you from doing and your reaction to COVID-19 testing and self-isolating.
Complete the anonymous survey by Tuesday 27 October.
