Cream Tea and Summer Raffle

The Friends of Carers Support Centre warmly invite you to come and treat yourself, and those you care for, to a cream tea and sandwiches on Tuesday 25th June at the Vassall Centre. On Tuesday 26th June, parent carers and professionals come together to help design services and improve support for your child (0-25 yrs) with special educational needs / disabilities. Improving Identification of Young Carers

We are working with Carers Trust, who have been funded by the Department of Health and Social Care, to deliver a train the trainer-style workshop to increase local partners’ knowledge and understanding of young carers. Eight events are being held across England. Upcoming events include:

Have your say on Healthy Lifestyle and Wellbeing Services in South Gloucestershire

South Gloucestershire Council’s Public Health and Wellbeing Division are working with other partners to develop more integrated and accessible healthy lifestyle and wellbeing services and support. They want to hear your views on what a new service model should look like.
