South Gloucestershire Council and partners are working together to review autism services and wider community aspects related to autism. As part of this they want to understand your experience of autism in South Gloucestershire to develop the recommendations for the autism needs assessment.
The survey takes about 5 minutes to complete and will be open until Wednesday 21 March.
