Age UK Bristol have a scams prevention and support service which aims to increase older people’s confidence to recognise scams and how to avoid them.
The scam awareness team provides support on a one-to-one basis. They give personalised information, advice and support to anyone over 50 in Bristol who has been targeted by scammers, or who is at risk of being scammed. They also offer support to those who have been victims of fraud.
