Are you interested in photography or would like to find some simple ways to wellbeing? This free workshop for carers will focus on tapping into the creative part of our mind to promote relaxation and mindfulness through the camera and the pictures which we take.
The session will be run at Bristol Zoo, enabling us to use the zoo gardens as a place to connect with plants and nature, see things through a different perspective and capture this in photographs.
Refreshments and lunch included. No photography experience or fancy equipment required. This is a supportive and friendly workshop, run by a professional photographer to give carers an opportunity to take some time out for themselves.
The event is free to carers and takes place at 10.30am-12pm, on Thursday 12th October, at Bristol Zoo Gardens in Clifton.
