The South Gloucestershire Learning Disabilities Partnership Board want to know what you think about the ‘personalisation’ of services.
Join us to discuss your expectations and experiences of the personalisation of services for people with learning disabilities and how it affects you as a carer.
Carer Representatives for the Carers Support Centre will join you in the discussion so that they can voice your views on personalisation and suggestions for change at the next board meeting.
This is your chance to inform decision makers and providers in health, social care, education, employment and more.
There will also be a chance during the meeting to have a break, chat and share tips with fellow carers.
