It is vitally important that you keep the Emergency Call Centre/Emergency Communications Team up to date with any changes to your or the person you care for’s details so that you can receive an effective emergency response if the card is used.
Information that might need updating includes:
• Contact details for you, the person you care for or your contacts
• Keysafe numbers
• The needs of the person you care for
Call the number on the front of your Carers Emergency Card to update these. The same phone number is also used to cancel your card if it is no longer required.
