The Independent Living Group (ILG), in partnership with WECIL, Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council and People Plus are running workshops to support individuals considering or already employing a Personal Assistant.
There will be two sessions per month starting in November 2021 until March 2022. One session will be held in person at The Vassall Centre which is a fully accessible venue with free parking. The second session will be run virtually via Microsoft Teams.
If you are new to Direct Payments your Direct Payment advisor will help you book onto the next available course.
If you are already in receipt of Direct Payments and want a refresher you can request this via WECIL, People Plus or ILG direct by emailing training@independentlivinggroup.com quoting ref: Bristol/DP in the subject.
Lunch, tea, coffee, and snacks will be provided for the sessions at the Vassal Centre.

- Virtual Sessions: Tuesday 23rd November Microsoft Teams – 11am-1pm | Wednesday 15th December Microsoft Teams – 11am-1pm
