As part of Huntington’s Disease awareness month this May the Huntington’s Disease Association is shining a light on family carers – and wants to hear your story.
Week commencing 13 May will be a week dedicated to shining a light on how Huntington’s disease affects carers. The stories of family carers will be shared during the week and Huntington’s disease Association would love you to share your own stories.
If you want to honour a Huntington’s disease carer in your life, may it be a family carer or a professional, or tell your own carers story, you can share it online to raise awareness for Huntington’s disease. Find out more and how to share.
They will also be featuring five carer interviews on their blog the week starting 13 May. If you or someone you know would like to be featured please contact them on comms@hda.org.uk
