Over 65 and going into hospital?
Do you know how your benefits could be affected if you or the person you care for goes into hospital? What do you need to do? What support is available for carers in the hospital?
Come along to this workshop to find the answer to these questions and a lot more.
This workshop is run by Judy Gowenlock, a member of our Hospital Liaison team. She will explain what to expect during a hospital admission, demystify the discharge process, look at how your benefits could be affected and explain how her team can support you and provide you with some coping strategies.
It will take place at the Vassall Centre in Fishponds, 10am-12pm on Tuesday 14th November.
