Bristol City Council has developed a new self-review form for community care assessments. They have offered to attend a meeting for carers to feed into the development of this form. It’s important that carers feed into the development of the self-review process as it is likely to have an impact on carers.
The meeting will be on Thursday 8 November from 10.30am-12pm in the Rowlings Room at Carers Support Centre, Vassall Centre.
