Skills for Care is running a research project looking at how they support social care employers of all sizes address recruitment and retention challenges.
We are running research activities during March and are interested in hearing the views of employers, including individual employers, who may be involved in any recruitment and/or retention activities.
If you are an individual employer, you can sign up to one or more of the following activities, by completing the short online form (link below):
- A telephone interview (approx. 30 minutes) – any time before Friday 18 March
- A remote experience mapping workshop (approx. 2 hours) – to take place on Wednesday 9 March & Tuesday 15 March
- A remote design workshop (approx. 2 hours) – to take place on Tue 29 March
