Earlier in the year, we were contacted by Bristol North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) about their consultation on Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT).
We ran a few focus groups for carers to feed into this, which some of you were involved in. Now that the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has drafted its updated IAPT specification, they are asking for further comments.
The specification is online and available for consultation via an online survey until Monday 27 August.
There will also be two focus groups organised by BNSSG CCG and The Care Forum (not Carers Support Centre). The first focus group will be held at Vintage Church, Weston-Super-Mare on Monday 20 August and the second will be held at the Vassall Centre on Wednesday 22 August. Lunch will be provided at 12.30pm and the groups themselves will run from 1pm to 3pm.
