Free Wellbeing with Nature courses from Avon Wildlife Trust

Avon Wildlife Trust are running free Wellbeing with Nature courses across Bristol. Take part in walks and craft activities, discover local wildlife and learn self-care techniques including nature-based mindfulness.

All activities have been Covid assessed and group sizes will be limited. The next courses are starting later this month.
