All Saints church in Clifton has been running monthly ‘dementia-friendly’ church services since May in conjunction with ‘Friends on Friday’, their dementia-friendly cafe.
The services are straightforward, welcoming and inclusive. They are not only aimed at those living with dementia, but are very much for their friends, family and carers too, who may not have been able to go to church for a long time because of their caring role.
Cafe runs Fridays: 13th October, 10th November, 8th December.
Service runs Sundays, 3-3.30pm: 15th October, 12th November, 10th December.
