This year’s theme is caring for your future. There is a choice of workshops including making wills, mindfulness and therapeutic art; plus information stalls.
There will also be an opportunity to help shape local community health services. Most community healthcare takes place at home, which is why it is so important to involve carers in this conversation.
You’ll also have the chance to meet staff, carers support officers and carer representatives.
There will be a delicious lunch and one to one massage sessions running throughout the day, all free of charge!
