Carers Rights Day is a national celebration of carers.
The day helps carers in their local community know their rights and find out how to get the help and support they are entitled to.

We are holding a free event for carers in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. This open meeting will include information on accessing direct payments and carers assessments. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about mindfulness and view information stalls from various local organisations.
