The “Balancing Bristol’s Budget 2019-20” consultation was launched today. The consultation aims to gather views on options for the level of Council Tax from April 2019. The consultation is open until midnight on Monday 17 December.
For 2019-20, options being consulted on range from no rise in council tax through to a 4% increase. The implications of each option are explored in the consultation survey.
There is also the opportunity to comment on what potential extra income from an increase in council tax could be spent on. The consultation survey is available online here.
