Are you over 65, or a carer for someone over 65 who has recently been hospitalised?

Did you – or the person you care for – have a period of additional support either at home, or in a short stay, care home bed following your discharge from hospital?

If so, would you help by sharing your experience of this journey – as a patient or carer- for a research project based at the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB)?

You can share at a workshop being held on Thursday, 13th October 1.30-3.30pm in central Bristol. You will be paid £30 to participate.
