Are you caring for someone with a life-limiting illness? Would you like to find out more about advanced care planning and end of life care? We are running 2 events with Marie Curie, supported by one of our Carers Support Officers, and would like to invite you along.
We will talk about:
- what advanced care planning is
- how to plan and how to start the conversation with the person you care for
- what end of life care is and any support you may need as a carer
